TITLE:                       Chief Marketing Officer (Job ID 431253)

LOCATION:               Deer Park, NY

DUTIES:

Define and ensure consistent execution of brand strategy and tactics including target audience identification, product portfolio, prioritization, brand guidelines creation and enforcement; run digital marketing in growth channels; assess opportunities for offline marketing and facilitate when applicable; develop and execute digital marketing strategies including websites, email, applications and social media; collaborate with outsourced technical development team to develop and maintain digital assets; drive strategy and day-to-day management of 3rd and 1st party consumer data collection and usage to grow sales; incubate business ideas to strengthen the company and its portfolio; review brand and marketing strategies to ensure they are applicable all company geographies and executed with quality; assist with day to day work and drive cross-functional projects with other teams, including R&D, Operations and Sales; analyze consumer behavior online to optimize marketing and product management approach using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Amplitude, Segment and Custom BI; propose and maintain budget for marketing department activities; and assist with marketing team’s strategy and daily operations.

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration or a closely related field. Must have 3 years of experience with developing brand management strategy; applying effective marketing techniques using Facebook, Instagram and Google; developing digital products using Agile and collaborating with specialists; and crafting personalized, ongoing 1-1 communication with consumers through 1st and 3rd party data collection, setting strategy and executing email, text, and in-app push notification communication campaigns. Must have 2 years of experience performing consumer analytics using Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Business Manager. Less than 2% domestic travel. Please send resumes to jobs@edushape.com.
