Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy is 30-day money back.
You just have to email us at or call our toll-free customer service line at 1-800-404-4744 to receive a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on where to send your returns. In order to receive a full refund, your return shipment package must be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received your shipment Please understand that we can only accept items for return or exchange that are in their original condition and that have received a return authorization number from us. Any items returned dirty or used will not be eligible for refund and will be returned to the purchaser. You will have 30 days upon receipt of the product to send it back to us. We will refund 100% of the purchase price of the item(s) only. Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

If you decide you would like to exchange a product that you ordered or that you received as a gift, the same rules apply as those above for returns. The item must be in the original condition, and you will get credit for the product price only (shipping costs will not be refunded). Please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as new shipping charges to receive the desired products (unless the product is damaged or defective—see below).

Credit and Return Time
It normally takes about 5-7 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product. Within 24 hours of receiving the item and required return authorization, you will receive an e-mail or a phone call from us advising you your credit card has been credited. All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only and can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase. Shipping costs are refundable only if a product arrives damaged due to shipping or is defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible, or ship out a new product completely at no charge to you. Simply contact us at 1-800-404-4744 and we will do everything possible to make your shopping experience a positive one. Our customer service staff is available weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Standard Time

Canceling an Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please email us by e-mail: WITHIN FOUR HOURS of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. We will send you a confirmation that your order has been cancelled. After that hour, we will do all that we can to stop the items from being shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. In these cases, please see the Returns policy above.

Our products are shipped from Long Island, NY. We primarily use UPS and Federal Express.

Home Delivery within 48 contiguous states
Most orders shipped UPS Ground or FedEx will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days (depending on the destination). Items are usually shipped within 2 business days of our receiving the order.

International orders is currently only able to fulfill orders within the United States.

Order Turnaround Time
Typically, orders will be shipped within 2 - 3 business days from the order date unless express shipping is requested, or the product is marked otherwise. Next Day and 2nd Day orders must be placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time to be shipped the same business day. Orders for out of stock items will be held open for up to 21 days while we wait for new stock to arrive. If an order is still unable to ship after 21 business days, an Edushape representative will contact you with information regarding when you can expect your order. Please contact us if you experience any shipping delays or you do not receive tracking information promptly.

Shipping Delays
We do try our best to ensure that your order gets to its destination within a reasonable amount of time. Yet, sometimes there your order is affected by factors beyond our control like weather, delivery error and shipping schedules. Feel free to contact us with any concerns or problems and we will be happy to assist you. Please see "Order Turnaround Time" for information regarding delays due to out of stock products.

Keeping Track Of Your Order
You will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been shipped + shipping date and tracking information.

Specific Delivery Request
Unfortunately, ground residential delivery times can only be estimated. If a specific delivery date is required, please select express shipping services.

Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Edushape. Once we receive the package back, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided
Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. Orders that are later cancelled due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are also subject to actual shipping charges. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges.
